Cancellation Policy
Simply Sauna requires a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This time has been set aside exclusively for your benefit. No- shows or cancellations outside of this window will be subject to forfeiture of appointment at 100% of the value paid. PUNCTUALITY: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally disrupt your schedule. To foster a harmonious environment and maintain the efficiency of our services, we have implemented the following policy regarding late arrivals for sauna sessions. We appreciate your cooperation in arriving on time for your scheduled sauna session. In the event of a late arrival, please take note of the following guidelines: 1. Reduction of Sauna Time: Your sauna session duration will be reduced by the same number of minutes you are late. We kindly request your understanding and adherence to this policy to uphold the fairness of our scheduling system. 2. Forfeiture of Appointment: Should you arrive more than 25 minutes late, unfortunately, we will have to forfeit your appointment. This measure ensures the smooth operation of our schedule and respects the time commitments of other patrons. Your cooperation in adhering to our punctuality policy is greatly appreciated. It contributes to our services' overall efficiency and ensures that every client receives the full benefit of their scheduled sauna session. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
